Interim Management Support for a leading 4PL business: Leading the companies sales strategy into Europe and then Carrier Management services and ongoing training of staff:

• New 3 year transport management services contract wins with Helly Hansen & Coty Inc.
• Procurement management of transport spend in excess of €75m
• Tender management of Pan European tenders via use of hand picked tender platform
• Supplier management of over 200 live key carriers and with over 11k more via the platform
• Transport planning activities and operational management support
• Renegotiate customer contracts

We actively developed transport collaboration concepts with other manufacturers to reduce emissions and empty miles driven.
