4PL Business Start-Up – Smartway Logistics BV

Brief

Client requested us to create a major new 4PL supplier to perform Pan European transport services for them for an initial 3 year term:

• The goal was to allow the client to refocus on manufacturing class leading goods and improve it’s clients overall business experience whilst leaving the new 4PL to concentrate on micro managing a €50m plus transportation spend in terms of it’s supplier procurement strategy and on-going operational performance.
• Goal was to create an ongoing partnership with a class leading 4PL who were non asset based but very innovative to benefit the pursuit of future new strategies!
• We delivered 1 brand new Dutch company with offices in Poland & Holland in just 8 weeks.
